Feedback I ordered a jacket pro with M size, which couldn't fit me properly. Requested the team to exchange it with L sized jacket pro. Team might have processed but couldn't get any notification or communication on it for a week until I forced a conversation with their support team. I got no response from anyone on the replacement. There's this WhatsApp stupid AI chat who doesn't understand that there's a replacement. It always pointed the older order and it always said that the order is delivered. Had a pathetic customer service experience, and later somehow I got a replacement jacket with Large size. I checked the quality, it's so poor. Looks like they have dispatched a sub qualified jacket with poor stitching and poor zippers. I'm so done with the company and the customer service that I didn't want to go through all the bad customer service phase once again. So, i decided to consider that I've lost 1K INR than going through all of that once again. Utterly poor quality and poor customer service experience. Never going to purchase Blue Tyga products again.
