Received different product I ordered a sunscreen jacket pro but received sunscreen jacket.

There are a few things to like, but the overall impression is underwhelming. I would prefer a simpler overall look.

Pathetic Experience I ordered a jacket pro with M size which didnt fit me well, and requested the team to exchange it with the L sized jacket pro. Team might have processed the request but I didnt get any communication or notifications on it for a week until I forced a conversation with their AI support customer team via WhatsApp which is stupid enough not to understand the ask and the context of my query. It always pointed at the older order and said that the order is delivered. I had to correct it every time asking for the status of the new package which happened for one more week. Had a worse customer service experience. I somehow could manage to track the order and got the replacement jacket with the Large size. I checked the quality, it is poor. Stitches are not properly done and loose and the zippers are of the sub standards. They dispatched a sub qualified jacket this time. I am so done with the company and their customer service that I didnt want to go through all the legit bad customer service once again. So, I decided to consider that I have lost 1K INR than going through all of this once again. Utterly disappointed with the customer experience and poor quality product. Never gonna consider Blue Tyga products again.
