Old manufactured products with shorter shelf life. I am disappointed with my experience shopping with Plum. I raised a return request within the stipulated return period for an unused product with all tags intact, but my request was not processed. The products sent to me were old-manufactured, and the large bottles had only about 6 months of shelf life remaining. Customers expect fresh products, especially for skincare. On top of that, the customer care executive was not helpful and did not provide a satisfactory resolution to my concern. Overall, a poor shopping experience.
