I have had shapewears before, but after two years postpartum and the workouts i still feel i need to look better. So fitting into these and wearing the clothes made a huge difference. The confidence, the “i can do better” lifts you as a mom. No shortcuts obviously you should workout, eat healthy but a little confidence in the mom group or at a meeting with client, a little boost of confidence is what underneat gives.
