Fix the Experience - The Products Deserve It Your products are genuinely impressive in terms of quality and value. However, the overall purchase and post-purchase software experience needs significant improvement. Specifically: β’ Orders placed via the website do not reflect in the app, even when using the same account credentials. β’ The exchange process lacks flexibility β there is no option to browse or select alternative products seamlessly. β’ Refund amounts are not clearly reflected in the user account. β’ Login and account synchronization issues occur even when using the same registered mobile number. While your products are strong, the digital experience around purchasing, exchanging, and refunds directly impacts customer trust and retention. A refined and seamless software experience would truly match the standard of your products.
