I got rosemary shampoo for 427 Rs on the sale I was very happy i am mamaearth fan since 5 years. When the delivery day arrived I opened the box it was all leaked the bottle was not seal packed it was a used bottle half of the shampoo was leaked. Whenever I order I get shampoo with a plastic sheet packed and brand new. This time the story was different the shampoo bottle was opened from the neck manually filled to make 600 ml it was leaked on the delivery....shameless mamaearth the bottle was used and it was not the new one at all there was some glue attached on the top of the bottle to make sure it was sealed it was not. I initiated the exchange now it's been 2 days they r not approving my exchange
