Great sole flexible for daily clg and normal walk. I had running shoes which was so great and like memory from was so good that's why I want it to buy one for my college wanted a thick soul but the sneakers like the Converse types sneakers sole will be not that flexible soI got this totally in love with this yes it does get easily dirty because it's white but if you can wash it in washing machine like once in a week or twice a week would be good to maintain it
