Shoes thore se large lage and running karte time thori difficulty aayi. I would suggest ki koi different model choose karo jiska base jayada mota na ho if you are choosing it for running purpose. Or jogging. But walking ke liye kaam kar jayega but again you will be not satisfied-with this product.
