A loyal fan with honest review 🩵 I am genuinely very happy with Plum products. I have been using Plum for my skincare, haircare, and body care, and I am truly impressed with the quality. I have finished many Plum products over the years, and my collection of empties shows how much I trust and love the brand. Whenever I need a new skincare or haircare product, Plum is always my first choice. That said, I have a couple of honest suggestions that I hope the team will consider. First, I have noticed that some of the body mists develop an unpleasant smell after about 3–6 months, even when the bottle is not finished. I love the fragrances initially, but this issue makes it difficult to use the entire product. I hope Plum can improve the shelf life or fragrance stability of the body mists. Second, I recently received the free tumbler after shopping for products worth around ₹3,000–₹4,000 this month. I was excited to receive it, but unfortunately, it arrived with stains on the white surface, so I haven't even used it yet. I also wish the tumbler looked like the one shown in the promotional images. It would be great if customers could receive the same design or have a choice of colors. Personally, I would have loved a black tumbler instead of white or orange. Despite these points, I still love Plum and will continue to support the brand because your products have worked wonderfully for me. I hope my feedback helps improve the experience for loyal customers like me. Thank you for creating products that I truly enjoy using!
