Waste of money. I’m very disappointed with this product. I purchased it just 3 months ago, and it has already torn. This clearly shows the poor quality of the product. It’s all hype with no real durability. I would not recommend buying it.

Absolutely pathetic, this so called premium product from XYXX has stitches coming out within just 4 days of normal use, I even got a replacement and the same defect happened again, when I asked again for replacement they denied and started ignoring my emails, this clearly shows terrible quality control, total waste of money and time, if anyone is thinking to buy this brand don’t, go for Damensch instead, far better quality and reliability, extremely disappointing experience overall with XYXX

I had a bad experience with this order. I ordered 4 trunks (size L). The cotton ones were smaller than the Intellisoft/Modal ones though all were size L, but I didn’t raise a complaint then. Now the Urbane Modal trunk has torn near the stitching within one month after only 3–4 uses. This looks like a quality issue. I have attached photos. Kindly check and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
