Delayed Delivery & Missing Products I ordered 2 sunscreens during a “Buy 2 Get 1” offer, so I was supposed to receive 3 products in total. The delivery was expected within 4–5 days, but on the delivery date I got an email saying the order was delayed. After sending multiple emails and contacting customer care, the package finally arrived 3–4 days later — but there was only 1 sunscreen in the box. I contacted customer support again, and after nearly 10 days they confirmed they would send the remaining products. That replacement delivery was also delayed, and when it finally arrived, I received 1 sunscreen and 1 moisturizer instead. I still don’t understand why the sunscreen was replaced with a moisturizer. At this point, I just gave up and started using the products I received. The products may be good, but the delivery and order handling experience was honestly very disappointing. If possible, I’d recommend buying from a physical store instead.
