Jet Black Statement Office Bag

Upto to it's mark This jet black statement tote has stood upto my expectations & needs it's sturdy, spacious, functional, has sufficient pockets/compartments, & a divider inside. However, I regret to inform that the bag has multiple creases & folds on it's left due to packaging pressure as well as a tiny ripped leather spot alongside the shoulder strap which may worsen with use & everyday wear. I wasn't expecting to experience these minute blunders according to the price paid & company name. Although the bag is solid so hopefully it won't get in the way of my future purchases.
