I bought the Gully Labs #004 slipper, and honestly, design-wise, I absolutely love what you guys have built. It looks great and has a very distinct identity. But from a functionality and comfort standpoint, I feel there’s still quite a bit of R&D to be done. If you’re someone who walks a lot, I wouldn’t recommend this as your primary pair. For me, it works better as something you wear occasionally, especially if you already have other comfortable sandals. Founder-to-founder, I’d actually challenge the team to wear this pair every day for a week and document the experience honestly. Walk in it, commute in it, wear it for long hours and talk about every discomfort or problem you encounter. I think that kind of transparency would build a tremendous amount of trust. There’s clearly a lot of thought and taste behind the brand, and I genuinely love what you’ve built. I just think the next level for #004 is getting the functionality and comfort to match the design. Rooting for you guys.
