Dirty product I’m really disappointed with the quality of the products I’ve been receiving from Mamaearth. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue. Every time I order Mamaearth products, the packaging looks dirty, damaged, old, or as if the product has already been handled or used. Please look at the condition of these two BB Cream boxes. The packaging is visibly dirty and worn out, which is absolutely not acceptable when I am paying the full price for a new product. Also, please check the manufacturing dates. One product shows 05/2025 and the other shows 11/2024. The way the date/batch marking appears on the packaging also raises concerns about whether the products are actually being supplied fresh and properly packed. It genuinely makes me question the authenticity and storage condition of the products. I have contacted your customer care several times and clearly asked them to send me fresh, clean and properly packaged products, but every time I receive the same response: “The product was not available at your location.” If a fresh product is not available at my location, then please don’t deliver an old, dirty or poorly stored product to me just because it is available. I am paying my hard-earned money for a new product, and I deserve to receive it in proper, hygienic and acceptable condition. Opening a product that looks old, dirty and poorly packaged every time is extremely disappointing. I strongly request Mamaearth to look into this issue seriously instead of giving standard replies. Customers should not be treated as if they will simply accept anything that is delivered to them. There should be proper quality checks on the products being dispatched, especially when the packaging and date markings raise concerns. I am honestly done with repeatedly receiving such products and having to contact customer care again and again. I expect a proper explanation and a genuine resolution, not another generic response.
