I had ordered 2 bundles from PLUM during their SALE. I received the package but I was a taken aback on opening it ! I had ordered 2 bundles to gift them to 2 people. The bundles weren't packed individually, they were just put together in the box. I had to read the labels and segregate them. Also, some of the bottles looked old. The yellow cover on the bottle had a sticker which had blackened partially which led me to think how you must be stocking your inventory. The products did smell good. However, due to the appearance and not bundling up, my joy was subdued. Just a suggestion - I can understand that packing bundles in pouches does incur a cost to you. It would be good to receive each bundle in an eco friendly paper bag. I have been using Plum facewash and I am happy with the result.
