Missing Airdopes Case Battery Status and Three-Tap Control Functionality in boAt Hearables App I’ve been using boAt Airdopes for a while now, and while the sound quality and overall experience are pretty good, there are a couple of important features missing in the boAt Hearables app that would significantly improve the user experience. Case Battery Status Missing: One of the major drawbacks is that the app does not display the battery status of the Airdopes' charging case. While it shows the earbuds' battery levels, knowing how much battery is left in the case is equally important, especially when planning long commutes or outings. Competing brands offer this feature, and it’s something that really should be included in the boAt Hearables app for better convenience. Three-Tap Control Configuration: Another issue is with the customization options for the three-tap control. Right now, the app lacks flexibility in allowing users to reconfigure the triple-tap functionality on the Airdopes. Many users would prefer to customize these tap gestures to suit their needs, such as skipping tracks or accessing voice assistants. Having more control over this would greatly enhance the experience, as default configurations might not suit everyone’s preferences.
