Honest review after 2 years of usage - Good build but minor connection issues I purchased this boAt Airdopes in September 2024. Even after claiming the warranty once, I am still using these same earbuds continuously till now. Here is my detailed review after almost 2 years of long-term usage: Design & Build Quality (4/5): The design looks stylish and the build quality feels durable enough for daily long-term use. Warranty & Service (4/5): Within 1.5 to 2 months of purchase, one side of the earbuds stopped working. However, the warranty claim process was very smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Value for Money (4/5): Considering the price point, long-term durability, and overall features, it offers good value for money. Connectivity & Charging Issue (3/5): Sometimes, even after keeping them on charge, one earbud randomly stops working or fails to connect when put in the ear. However, after some time, it randomly starts working perfectly again on its own. Call Quality (3.5/5): The calling experience is just average. It works fine indoors, but struggles a bit in noisy outdoor environments. Bass & Sound Quality (3.5/5): The bass is decent but not extraordinary. It is good for casual music listeners but might not satisfy hardcore bass lovers. Battery Backup (3.5/5): The battery performance is average. It lasts for a reasonable time, but I expected a bit more longevity after full charges. Overall Verdict: It is a highly durable budget option since I have been using it for 2 years. If you can ignore occasional minor connection or charging glitches, it is a solid buy with great customer support.
