Measurements are not as per regular norms I purchased it for my friend who wears waist size 32 but it didnt fit him, so i got it changed to 34 still it does not fit him. As per your policies it can be changed only once, so now i have no choice but to keep it. I love the fabric and the colour and the pattern but the fit is definitely not baggy as per the waist size. Disappointed.
