Very disappointed with Urban Monkey’s delivery service. My order was scheduled, but no delivery agent contacted me and I didn’t receive any proper notification. Without any call or update, the delivery was delayed/cancelled. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service needs serious improvement. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves their delivery management.
The Astr0 watch is stunning Was taken by the artsy look of the watch, would have loved to own the orange version regardless the neon yellow works just as fine. Lower rating though is for the customer service, didn't send out a single notification post purchase and since no updates had to follow through, the wait can be nerve-wracking and needs improvement especially for an up and coming brand selling limited edition art watches.

Grabs eyes This watch definitely grabs some eyes with the funky colour that pops from your wrist, style of dails and overall design are loved. Unique and standout while still being simple. Just feel anxious if i would get it damaged easily with dauly use.
