I have been using these products as instructed, but they have caused a severe negative reaction on my skin.Both sides of my nose and the areas around my eyes have become extremely dry and flaky. This intense dryness has led to a painful burning sensation and constant discomfort. I have strictly checked the packaging, and the products are well within their expiry dates (valid for another 34 months), meaning this is a direct side effect of the formulation on my skin.As a customer, this has been a highly distressing experience.
