Strong smell When I used evyone suggested please this smell to hard for others

Product was damage and not delivered I was ordered face wash by an offer but 1 and get 1 after reaching it to my delivery station the delivery person called me and told the product is damaged due to that he can’t deliver it to so he is going to cancel the order and i will get the refund and i got the refund after 3 days that is also after i called to customer care and when i checked later to order the product the offer was no longer applicable so i felt like the offer is a scam by putting the offer you are intentionally sending the damaged product other wise the delivery person manipulated me by telling a lie that the product is damaged i dont know the exact reason but unfortunately im not happy with the service and thank you
