I preferred the previous version of this face wash. The product seems to have changed in appearance and now has a noticeable fragrance, which I personally don't like. Also, after using the current version, I don't get the same fresh and clean feeling that I used to get with the earlier version. I would really prefer the previous version, especially the fragrance-free experience. Maybe you've changed the formula of the product or something without telling your customers !
